EDP card stole 159.95 directly out of my checking account they drafted their own bogus check and electronically sent it thru my account.
I was unaware that they were going to do this or that they even had my personal information when i found out from my bank the name and phone number of these rip off scam artist. I immediately began to contact them and it took 2.5 hrs before i finally got a live "qualified customer service representative" only to be told so rudely that the 3 days that i had to cancel had expired and i couldn't get my money back.
I tried to tell her that i never ordered any debit card and i knew nothing of this and that i didnt want any of there so called services.
She had the nerve to tell me well i can cancel the card i said great so give me my money back she said no i can't do that so i said you mean to tell me that you are keeping my money that you took without my permission for a processing and application fee for a debit card i never ordered and don't want she said yes i said how can you keep my money if there is no longer a order if you are willing to cancel this useless card.
She said so rudely well thats our rules and we have to follow them and i told her that i was reporting them to the BBB and that i wanted to speak to her supervisor and she said rudely again that im the "highest person you can speak to.
Thank goodness that i bank with a great bank because they gave me my money back and now there fraud department will go after these bogus rip-off scam artists.
