I was accessing my checking account information when I noticed that there was a check in the amount of $159.95 with a company that I did not recognize. I immediately called my bank and they were able to read the check with an 800 number to call, so I did. I was talking to Tiffany @ ext. 122, explained that I had no idea what this was, she informed me that it was a debit card. A debit card, what does that mean? Well it is a debit card, she said. Okay - what good is it, does it have $159.95 in it? No you have to put your own money into it to use it. WHAT! You can't possible believe that I am that stupid to authorize a company to take that much money out of my checking account just for the use of your debit card??? So I said, I want the money put back into my account immediately. She said, sorry but you have gone past the 4 days to cancel. WHAT! I just saw this crap on my statement!!! Well you have 4 days to cancel and you didn't so therefore you do not get your money back. I said let me speak to your supervisor, she said she was the supervisor. Come on... What kind of scam are you running. What web site was I on that this stupid scam is attached to? Hung up on me.
I tried to use the Chat room, it came up Failed to connect. I tried to e-mail - yeah, right they will get back to me in 24-48 hours. I am not holding my breath.
What I did do was go to my bank and filled out an Unauthorized Debit Activity report, and I also filled out a complaint form with Myflorida.com, then went to The Department of Agriculture and am sending my complaint to them today.
If there are enough people who have been scammed by this company please let us get together as a Class Action Suit against this horrible company. Don't let them win - we need to win and get our money back. Not only were the customer service reps rude - but as far as a supervisor goes - she wins the worst prize of all. Stupidity.
