EA (pogo.com) is a gaming site where you pay money for special games created for a club membership. The games are ALWAYS going down, the graphics suck, and when you complain they ALWAYS blame the customers computer, and refuse to fix the problem. Their "terms of service" agreement is basically a cart blanche agreement for the company NOT the consumer.
Once they have your money you are screwed. When you "sugest" that legal action can be taken, they say that since the consumer said that legal action was possible that they can no longer help with the problem, thus wrigling out of any responsiblity. The site is just one big hassle after another.
When someone violates the terms of service as they apply to you, i.E., calling you a f* because youre gay, cussing at you, they do nothing. Their terms of service THEN are custom made to fit THEIR needs, not the consumers
