This is about a $30 rebate on an Ultra PC case that I had bought from Fry's that they did not want to honor pretending that I hadn't sent the original UPC from the packaging (which I did). I called their rebate center asking them if I could fax them a copy of it since I always make copies of all documents prior to sending them out. They said not to bother and I need to send them the original. Guess what? All my rebate data has vanished from their (rebate) website after I threatened to report them.
