Juno.com Juno times out after two hours and restricts internet access! Won't let you cancel!

I have been a loyal Juno user for three years now and it's only now that I notice something fishy. I keep getting knocked off the net after two hours! I have never been able to stay connected for three hours or more and this is such a pain when updating my antivirus or needed updates for software. I don't even dare download music! Sometimes when I log in I get this nasty message that my internet access has been restricted! I have juno platinum. Isn't that unlimited access? Anyway, I tried emailing tech support. Don't you dare! I got nothing and no answer to my question. I then tried to call and got some woman with the thickest accent this side of India who refused and I mean REFUSED to let me cancel when I requested to do so. I kept asking her why my access was restricted and by the way they won't even talk to you if you don't have the last four digits of your credit card handy!!! Anyway she told me to call this other number and when I did I was put on hold and told to call between 11 and 4 A.M.! When they're not so busy!!! I called again and again until I got someone I thought would understand. My mistake in thinking I'd get quality service. She refused to answer my question too and seemed confused about why my account would be restricted. I was offered a free month for my trouble and a month of free tech support. Yeah, right! I felt so defeated after wrangling with these people. I'm so jumping ship to aol or DSL. Are they purposely timing out? It happens like clockwork and I get this message that my internet has been lost for unknown reasons... Yeah, I know why!!! For 4.95 a month what does one expect??? For those even thinking about Juno. Don't!!! It's slow and unreliable and email refuses to handle large files. I get nasty and annoyin g junk email from Juno (vibrating rings)!!! What the - ? And their homepage is just more ads. I tried speedband, but that was a joke. Maybe I should have stayed with netscape when I had it.
