America online is a horrid internet provider, if you cancel they continue to bill you. They billed me for 4 months after I cancelled until I went into the bank and put a stop payment on them. After that I received a bill stating I owe them money. They caused my account to overdraft, so they owe me 4 months at 23.95 and 2 NSF charges at 32.00 a piece. I have faxed them this information 2 times and called tons of times to no avail, I still don't have my money returned.
