First Credit Of America, My Perfect Credit, ClearCredit Internet Scam, Possible Fraud, ripoff, Harassment, Failure to Identify Self, Rude and Unreasonable Ripoff, California, Nevada, and more

First Credit of America/My Perfect Credit/Clear Credit I believe is an Internet Scam. First Credit of America claims to be a Collection Agency for My Perfect Credit which I was told Clear Credit has bought.

I did sign up for My Perfect Credit which billed my Credit Card, I eventually cancelled the Service (I do not think they performed any service).

Now, I get several calls from First Credit of America and their automated system, to pay a bill that I do not owe! First Credit of America claims to be a "Collection Agency". It seems like My Perfect Credit wants $59.95 for cancellation of service???

First Credit of America reps are very rude, demanding and change their story every time they call (at all hours)!

They want $59.95 over the phone, by Credit Card $5.00 more or Checking Account information $15.00 more!

I told First Credit of America that I dispute this billing (I never received a bill from My Perfect Credit or First Credit of America). They said that I could not dispute this!!! I asked First Credit of America to send me a bill, the response was "we are a Collection Agency and do not do that"!

This certainly does not seem right. I phoned My Perfect Credit and got a recording to contact First Credit of America.

Well, I cannot get answers from First Credit of America or My Perfect Credit. If I owe a bill I pay it! If I DO NOT I will not!

This site was my first stop... I will report this to the FCC, FTC and the Attorney General Office of this State to get answers.
