Affiliatepros Services not received and no refund issued. Ripoff

I paid Affiliatepros.net $500 in January for 'guaranteed' sales of my ebook product. To this date, no sales have been made. I was promised a refund in August and again in September. Refund was never received. Company no longer answers my emails.
