I signed up for 5 guaranteed paid members for an online company. After a few months, I have no free members let alone paid members. At this rate, it would take years to fill the request if at all. As a direct result, I wanted a refund.
To make a long story shorter, he stated he wanted me to send the url he was to promote for me via email or he would not issue a refund. I sent him the url to him on numerous occasions - including one email with the url in the subject line of the email - slightly hard to miss.
However, he said that he did not receive the url that I sent him on numerous occassions - but he did receive all my other emails - how convenient!
In his last email, he told me that if I did not send him the url by a certain date (which I already sent numerous times), he would not issue a refund.
To counteract this statement, I once again sent him the url and sent copies of this email to various internet fraud protection sites - by his specified date. (kind of hard to deny that he did not get the url this way!)
Not so surprisingly, I have not heard from him since this email - I did not get the refund from him despite giving him the url by the specified date.
My guess is that he will say that he conveniently did not get this email.
Well - I learned my lesson! Just do not want other unsuspecting people out there to lose their money needlessly as well.
I also see that he gave another woman difficulty in getting a refund on the Scam forum - who knows how many unreported cases as well.
