I believe I tried to order a online presciption from this company about 6 mos ago. However after inputting CC info. The order never went through, I also never received any confirmation or product. I just notice a charged of $20.95 on my debit card going back at least 3 months. I called the LSM5-us-pay.com at 866-221-5391 who said they just collect for companies. They ask me for my first 6 #'s of my CC & last 4 and told me it was Frontier Pharmacies. I have never authorized reacurring charges of $20.95 per month to my debit card and have never received anything from this company! I attempted to call the company and got a answering machine.
I just now cancelled my card and am filing a fraudalent claim with my bank.
Don't give your cc# to this company!
