Just like the other people, I noticed several unauthorized charges to my Bank Check Card. This has been a recurring charge on my account of 19.95 on March 27, April 25. I contacted PNC Bank about this charge and was told the company's phone number is (866) 221-5391. I was told the company was Frontier Pharmacies, the charge was shown as LSM5-us-pay.
I believe I am a victim of this scam. I attempted to order medication from Frontier Pharmacies. As per federal law, they stated that they needed a prescription from my doctor to dispense it. They were supposed to contact him to request the prescription. I was advised my doctor's office was never contacted. I received the first charge of $19.95. I called the customer service at LSM5-us-pay.com I called 866-221-5391 as indicated on the transaction. They said it was for a monthly membership fee. I requested it be refunded to me as this was not authorized. To date, the amounts have not been refunded.
I intend the file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the State Attorney General, Consumer Fraud Division.
