I went on-line to order meds. From Frontier Pharmacy and they charged in 19.95 as a processing fee, then I never received my meds.
It was only after calling them twice that I finally recieved the meds. Afterwards, I kept getting these charges to my debt card of 20.95 every month with the name LSM5-US-Pay-Com.
Once I finally figured out that I didn't approve these charged I called my bank and they were able to trace it and give me a number to call 1-886-221-5391.
I was told that this was a membership of some kind. When I asked to remove me from this "membership" that I NEVER agree too, I was told that I MAY receive a credit on my debit card and that it may take 5 -7 business days.
I asked for a confirmation number or some type of letter so I could have proof and I was told I would recieve an email.
DO NOT USE FRONTIER PHARMACY is it a true headached and a scam!
