Dishonest... No response to emails and phone calls

I bought a product with an unconditional 100% money back guarentee. At first they were helpful with assistance but when i finally was fed up and wanted my money back they refused to respond to both my emails and phone calls. They are helpful until you request the money back guarentee that they advertise on their homepage
