Ordered product from cyberwire.com; 2 day's after pyment (deduct from checking by Plimus.com). No acknowledgement from cyberwire.com of order after 5 emails asking for ship etc.info; Stacy @ Plimus was very helpful; started refund process and after 5 day's for cyberwire to respond Plimus, as promised, processed refund which went through.
I'll not order from cyberwire again and expect plimus has handled other complaints regarding cyberwire. My bad, I guess, for not doing more research but in the research I did cyberwire didn't come up as a "do not order from company."
Glad I didn't have to chalk it up to a internet ordering lesson though I've ordered regularly from other internet sites with no issues or problems. I expect cyberwire is a sham.
