Gate.com cost us thousands in lost biz

Had virtual private server w / gate.com. Our whole business is internet & totally dependent on site being up & receiving & sending emails. Our site has been down for going on 5 days. The company only knew out site was down after we told them. They have no back up.

Our IT dept has been calling for 5 days. Each time, they have to open new ticket... Nobody knows what they are doing. They said it's a windows bug & gave info on the bug. Our IT dept traced it. The bug had been patched by microsoft in 2005. Our IT dept sent them how to fix. No response.

Meantime, we've lost thousands of dollars in biz. Have national ads, sales people working around the world. It's a nightmare.

The president of the company will not talk with me. His assistant refers us back to the same people who we've already talked who were no help. Obviously, another fat cat executive who cares nothing for customers.

Avoid this company at all costs, if you value your business.
