Iprepay kiosk did not provide the advertised services (prepaid ATM cards, prepaid store value cards, prepaid gift cards, phones, or bill payment services. These were promised to my customers but were never available. I returned one machine and it took me 2 monthes and constant phone calls to get a partial refund!
Now they are phasing all phone cards out and going to a new terminal and cards.in the meantime my customers of almost two years cannot sell any phone cards, thier network has gone down for DAYS at a time three times in the last two months.
