Internet ripoff copyanydvd

I bought copyanydvd software from Tybee. They send electronic files that doesn't work. You only have an email address to reach them for support but they don't answer. I send them at least a dozen emails. They replied only on the first email by sending me the same file. There is no address or phone number on their site.
