Agreed to a monthly rate of $48.85 but one month later tried to demand $129.62. That was after the company was not even delivering service for a week last month due to a massive ice storm.
Finally agreed to "come down" to $75.86 for what should have been less than $48.85. Threatened to immediately disable my internet if I didn't pay the inappropriate ammount.
Suddenlink's representative was argumentative and unwilling to answer questions throughout the conversation. Finally gave up, fired them, and hung up.
