Ordered Data Hound software. Was billed the 29.95, tried to access the download and keep getting a page that says the site I am trying to access is not a valid site and that if I was the administrator of the account that a email had been sent to explain the situation, but no email has arrived or do i have access to the program.
They have my credit card info and I am very worried that they will use it for fraudlent purposes
I was given a reciept for this purpose and a username and password, which go nowhere
