A request for grant cd instant download $1.95 my bank information was complete, but access to the cd wasn't available

I heard about this grant request website available and went online to check it out. I completed the form requesting access to an instant download for $1.95 and submitted my card information.

Once this submission went through a page came up to have access to the cd and information for grant request. To my surprise there was only a field for username and password. Since I didn't see field for new user there was no access for me to get the information I paid to have access for.

Now, at this moment I haven't seen a deduction of anything but have since been directed to this page about being ripped off bythe same web site that I just submitted information on. The same situation occured to me and therefore has prompted me to write in my situation as well
