After being burned by AOL, 3 years ago, I discontinued use and was credited only $48. Oo dollars after being charged hundreds of dollars for a service that I had cancelled a year and a half before. I vowed to never use this service again.
I would like to know what type of identity verification that the company has in place especially when you see that you are charging someone who is not using your service? For a company that all of america loves it doesn't appear to love america too much.
The sister or spin off company of TWX*musicnow - the same, you know that someone is supposedly enrolled - and they aren't downloading aren't you going to notify if you dont see activity with the account. Also, if there is nsf transaction - I would expect to get a notice or an email as all other reputable companies do, when you are legitimately enrolled to receive their services as all of the companies that I knowingly enroll with do. If there is inactivity to my account or a payment is denied I receive via postal or email - a notification.
