USA Credit - Shopping Essentials - Passport To Fun - Passport To Fun Plus - Triple Advanta Ripoff Fraudulent charges continuing with interlinked companies Uniontown

I applied online to USA credit in March. They were to send me a credit card that was good to use on their online shopping site. This is marketed as a credit establishing or credit repairing organization. I received a hard sell phone call. I was told that I would be charged $69.95 for a one time fee to be a member of this service. I repeatedly told the caller that since I had not visited the website and did not know what items they had available, I did not want to become a member. Despite this, they went ahead and charged my account.

I never received the credit card or any information from this company. I did not receive any email, phone calls or snail mail from them. When I saw the charge on my bank statement I called them and demanded a refund. I was told they would refund my "membership" fee. The next month, the refund did not appear and they charged an additional $19,95 to my account. I called again and was told that they did send the information (on the day after I called them) and that I never called them. Again I was told that the membership fee would be refunded.

Since contacting USA Credit, I have had the identical problem with several other companies: Triple Advanta, Passport to Fun, Passport to Fun Plus, and Shopping Essentials. Each of these companies charges my account between $12.95 and $19.95 per month. I have contacted all of them by phone and told them that I never signed up for any of their services and I want a refund.
New companies continue to charge my account every month.

I have cancelled the credit card that they are all using and reported this to my bank fraud department. I have also notified the Attorney General of my state and the states of all of these companies.

I'm out hundreds of dollars. I'm unemployed and my husband just had open heart surgery and a stroke. This is the kind of thing that you read about. Horrible theives - stealing from how many hundreds if not thousands of people. Why can't law enforcement stop these criminals?
