The company advertised on local television in my state (with a BBB logo on the lower-left-hand corner) promising a computer and "free color printer" with no credit check.
The company debited my account and promised delivery of the computer systems after 3 consecutive payments and a one-time fee of $99. The customer service agent told me that after 29 payments, the computer would be paid for. After the 3 consecutive payments and the $99 fee cleared my account,
I called several times trying to get information and was given the run around. Phones calls and messages went unanswered. I reported the company to the BBB in June and the company responded by stating they would ship by computer via UPS on June 12.
As of today, I have not received the computer. I have filed several complaints and the BBB has recommended I hire a lawyer. I had my bank to deny any further drafts from the company.
I was given the run-around several times by this company and was told several different "stories" about when I could expect delivery. I even tried calling the 1-800 number after June 12th and was told the number was invalid. Now I understand the company is calling itself Z Direct.
I wonder if others have had similar experiences with Z Systems.
