During December while living in Columbus, Georgia the local tv station repeatedly ran a Z-Systems commercial advertizing computer financing with the BBB logo displayed. I called the 1-800-355-2997 number advertized and was connected to an operator who took my information. I was told that I was approved for a computer based on the information I gave over the phone. I at that time upgraded to a 1G with 256 MB of Memory.
Z Systems would debit my checking account and do automatic withdraws each month. There was a $99.00 processing fee, an initial fee of 129.95 for upgrade and $79.00 first month payment. These would be debited from my account immediately. The each month thereafter my account would be debited $38.00 bi-monthly.
It turned out my account was debited in seperate transactions for $99.00, $168.00. $168.00, $79.00, $99.00, and $129.00 all within the first few days. I called the 800 number and spoke to a Lisa at EXT. 2226. She assured me the matter would be corrected and my computer was being sent UPS immediately.
UPS delivered me a Computer in March. It was only 833mh speed, instead of the 1G and it only 125 memory, instead of 256, as I paid for.
Then each month Z Systems begam debiting my account for $99.00 a couple times each month, I would call LISA and complain and she would say it would be corrected. After a couple months and talking with my bank representative it was decided necessary to close that account to stop the constant debiting that Z Systems was doing.
The Computer that they sent me requires a password that automatically changes each month. They say after you payment is out you can call for the password. The password number you called is 1-800-788-8963.
Cannnot use the worthless computer now since I will not give them my account information.
Anyone who knows how I might get past the password please post it as a rebuttal to this report
