Falsly creating the impression that you have won high amounts and not reading help requests ripoff

A link from another reliable website connected me to Freelotto and I am all for taking a chance when there is the possibility and it is supposed to be free according to even the name.

I joined and on the same day 21 Novemeber 2006 received a notification that I won, on checking I saw a my prize was a discount on travel which I could not take advantage of and accepted the fact and left it there.

I also received an email giving me the numbers that I played as well as a TSI number for those numbers.

That was 21 Novemeber 2006

On 23 November I receved the first of 31 mails saying that I am eligeable for three prizes and in order to claim I needed to confirm my pin. Well I did this and found myself at a page where my credit card details were required for $9.99 in order to enter Freelotto for a month.

I did not have the funds available and found myslef angry at the situation. I replied to their notification asking them how is it that I now have to pay when it is suppose to be FREE.

I never received an answer in spite of trying several times expecially when I received a different looking notification. All these mails have a subject line stating that Freelotto is desperately trying to get in touch, Freelotto needs my urgent response, Critical that I reply and more in that same tone.

On 27 Decemeber I received another notification now some of the notifications are just a notification, some of them are supposedly a copy of a memo from C Alison CFO, some are a copy of the cheque made out in my name some are a punchcard and so on.

I decided that the $9.99 is a small price to pay for the $1000000.00 that I am about to receive on submission. I also saw, and this clear in all the mails, that I also had to go according to the instructions for claiming and in my opnion all that was needed was for me to forward my details together with my TSI number to the prizeclaim department.

I did so except I did not know on which day I won my alleged prize so I was unsure of the TSI number. I also submitted the only TSI number that I received before they started the daily notices that I need to claim my prize. The mails without a TSI number were replied to by sayin that I need the TSI number and the one with the TSI number was replied to by saying the number is not a winning number.

I carefully studied all the mails and found that the one particular kind of notice was dated 7 October 1996,07 10 2006. Now this is way before I even dreamt of Freelotto nevermind before I joined and gave my details.

I have since send several mails to each and every mail address that I could find at Freelotto I have tried to call Freelotto and read another rip off report that no one answers the phone at the number for Plasmanet and if fact find it so true nevertheless despite the fact that international calls are expensive left a detailed message requesting help with finding my TSI number. This message was never returned.

Once I received a mail from Josh Pratt and was overcome with joy as I thought that this organision is run entirely by computers. My joy was short lived as my reply to Josh in which I pleaded my case yet again was answered by the standard computer reply which does not answer my question.

This all makes me believe that their 31 notices that I am eligible for a payout of $1000000.00 were merely false deceptive teasers to obtain my $9.99 especially in view of the fact that one of them were dated prior to them knowing me.

I have all the mails saved and would actually publish them except for the fact that Freelotto claim the may not be reproduced so I am willing to forward the whole lot to whomsoever would assist in this regard.

As for Freelotto or Plasmanet I do believe that they created the impression very clearly that I am a winner and should now do the honourable thing and pay me.
