Kurth Bemis, former owner of USA Express Net in Charlestown, NH was the original host of my website and is listed as the administrative contact. Upon calling him to get him to hit a few key strokes to change it to my new company, he tells me that he has nothing to do with it. Upon my new company doing hours of research and phone calls to the hosting company, they say that it has to be changed by Bemis. As the owner of the company, I attempted to send in all my information and documentation, and they still refused to change anything because he is the one who has to do it.
Now he won't return my messages.
I am now paying for 2 hosting spots, my new one and the one I am trying to change away from.
I understand that I am not the only one this has happened to.
