Com PlasmaNet Won at Freelotto.com but still did not get my prize

On Dec. 6 I was one of the two winners of the Freelotto $100,000 GiveAway. I summitted all the documents Freelotto asked for but I have still not yet recieved my $50,000 prize. I been waiting for 10 months now.

I sent Freelotto numerous emails which were not answered. Can anybody tell me how to go about to get my prize? Does Freelotto actually pay its big winners?
