Well, well, well... I don't know where to start with this company. I've had bad experiences with them and kept using them, but I'm officially done. Kind of happy I'm suspended now.

Where to start... Well firstly, my account was hacked twice. First time they did something... The second time they did nothing. Didn't answer my emails, whatsoever and I got a non paying bidder because of it from someone who bought something on my account. Still no response.

Secondly, I sold tons of things around Xmas for some extra cash and had to problems which were never resolved. The first... Some guy bought a CD player from me for 300$ and never paid. He said his account was hacked and eBay apparently told him we had to fix the problem ourselves. This is not true. Ebay would've reversed all the fees, etc for his account being hacked.

This was a lie, so I emailed ebay SEVERAL times to help me out with the problem. No responses. Contacted live support... They did nothing but tell me they couldn't help me and I had to contact Trust and Safety. Filed a non paying bidder but never got my fees back.

Thirdly, one of my MANY auctions were pulled for no reason whatsoever. I listed an auction for 2 boxed set DVDs for the First and Second season of the TV show Rescue Me. Both DVD's were brand new. Got an email saying it was pulled because it violated eBay's terms.in no way did it.

They were both original and stated in the auction they are brand new and the REAL DVDS. No bootlegs. I sold many other DVD auctions at the same time, but they weren't pulled. Got one email saying they weren't aloud to tell me why it was pulled. Contacted them many other times and they refused to answer my emails like usual.

Fourth... I bought a rare, rare, rare CD that I've been looking for for years now. The ebayer was infact an ebay employee himself, which makes the situation worse. For anyone who might run into him in the future on ebay his id is gbayemporium. Be careful when buying his auctions. Remember he is an ebay employee, not a regular ebayer either.

He contacted me after 24 hours of winning the auction saying he was relisting it and filing a non paying bidder because I did not pay for the item. Generally your aloud 7-10 days for payment until they can file a non paying bidder. I told him I wanted it and was paying for it. It was only 24 hours since the auction was won. He relisted it immediately and left me NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. I asked him what the reason was for It's only been 24 hours and I was sending payment that moment. He said too bad, too late, etc. He sent harassing emails and called me several insulting names. Very very immature guy and he should NOT be an employee for eBay if that's how he handled the situation.

But wait, it seems like all ebay employees are the same. They don't give a damn about you or any of their customers. So I contacted eBay and they wouldn't remove the feedback. It also had an insulting name in it, but still. Paid 30 bucks for a company through eBay to investigate. Paid but never got any service or emails or responses. He filed negative feedback because he eventually he couldn't file a non paying bidder because it was only 24 hours and he was being ignorant. I'm gonna stop there because I don't wanna keep ranting about this moron.

So I send many many many emails now because I'm extremely pi*ed off and upset over the past how many situations and how they aren't emailing me at all. Contacted live support, they did nothing but of course directed me to the profanity and trust and safety department for this guy. Emailed them the harassing and insulting emails and what happened with the relist. No emails at all. Not one response.

Contacted ebay live support again and they told me he was not aloud to do this. Have a transcript of it too. They said he can't relist and I'm aloud the 7-10 period. So whatever I just dropped it because obviously no one wanted to help me.

A few weeks later, approx last week... I got an email saying my account was suspended... For no reason. I have never done anything to violate their terms. I have been an honest and good eBayer since I signed up. Reason was for apparently I was "associated with another suspended user" which is not true because I don't know ANY other I've had contact with besides from purchases. I emailed them several times and no responses at all. Nothing.

Now I can't finish any transactions through eBay I had going and probably recieved a few negatives for it. There was no reason to suspend my account. I told them I had it with the company and wanted to be phoned and not emailed. All their live support and emails are, are people typing to you prewritten scripts and nothing is sincere or helpful.

Finally got an email today saying that they will not reopen my account and they will not tell me what I have done, cause I've done nothing at all. I'm not even going to email them back because a) they won't email me back and b) I don't want to associate anymore with such a bull* company. Done! I hope there are a few of you that know what I'm talking about and probably have been mistreated too.

I've spent countless hours trying to get help from this company and sent multiple emails. Upwards of 20.1 or 2 which were acknowledged. Funny thing is live support told me they were all read but none were answered. They don't care, they just want your stupid money. And they charged my bank account for all the outstanding fees for things that were screwed up by themselves.

I am so disappointed and upset, I've never been treated as poorly as this company. I do not recommend use by ANYONE... But they don't care cause they have millions of users and money. What do they care? Thanks to all of you who took the time to read this!
