I ordered a leather jacket, recieved it way beyond the time they indicated. Returned the jacket for exchange for larger size. They haven't replaced, and do not respond to emails. Both their phone numbers remain busy from exactly 9:00 am until 5:00 pm PST time. Give them a try. Call just at 9, recording. Exactly at 9, busy and it stays that way until 5. Just after 5, back to recording. Phone defintly appears to be off the hook to prevent people from contacting them.
So much for their advertized pride and commintment to provide fine leather products at affordable prices. Affordable prices, because the sell an item twice without replacing a like item to the original purchaser.
Buyer beware anything over the internet originating in California.
Best policy: Buy it locally where you take posession when money changes hands or do without. Sending money to these internet ripoff artist, helps to keep them operating. Support the local business that is reputable and can be addressed face to face and not be able to hide behind the internet.
