On 1-5-06, my checking account had suddenly been overdrawn. To my suprise, I noticed an electronic checkdebit in the amount of $49.95 I immediately contacted my banking institution inquring what the charge was. They could not tell me until the transaction posted the following day. I call the bank, and an electronic check paid to the order of Secret Cash Card in the amount of $49.95 was paid! I immediately disputed this transaction with my bank and was advised to file a police report. That I did. Granted, this is now Tuesday and this was filed/disputed on Saturday... So I haven't heard anything since.
I visited Secretcashcard.com with the intent of finding a contact #. All they have listed is some bogus answering service ph# who can only refer you to their website to complete a customer service call back form. I noticed on their website that they aren't affiliated with any payday loan / cash advance companies, yet on thier customer service call back form, it clearly stated that their offers are posted on payday loans websites and you must agree to their terms prior to any of your personal information being released. This is Bull* Reading other victims posts, I noticed that it's been difficult to have any recourse with this company or your banking institution. Does anyone know of any phone # to contact where you can actually speak to someone other than an answering service???
