Bad business.
This company is not professional at all. Their practices are illegal and it is clear that some employees are not experienced and they don't know their own craft. But they would push that they have so many years of experience.
Unknowlegeable about the business they want to persuit, you are better off giving your money to toddlers. Maybe it would be more useful...
