ConnectNow USA Charged my checking account 34.90 for something I didnt apply for.internet

The company charged my account $34.90 for something I did not order. I have been trying to contact the company for 5 days now so no success.
I have inform my bank and working with them on the issues hopefully we can get to the bottom of this.
