I called up buy.com regarding my order, which i have not eceived it. For some reason i thought that when i order something which is delivered to my office would be great, so i know i have it.
I waited for 2 weeks and i didn't receive anything. So i checked my email and saw that their was a Fedex tracking number provided by BUY.com.
When i tracked the number it showed that the item was delivered but to a wrong person. When I called up my office mail room, they told me that the item was attention to some other person and not to me.
Now i am wondering, why would BUY.com would make a stupid mistake. I can understand if i gave my order over the phone, but they are refusing and not even confirming that my item has been delivered to me.
I asked them so many time to call me, but no one call's back.
