Aol has been stealing $25.90 for services that I have never used. When called they said the could only refund 1 month which was a lie. They screwed me for 1 month of service and refubnded the second month and told me it was being cancelled, Instead they kept on billing me till today. I notified my bank of this theft as well and they chose to ignore my e-mails and never sent me the required reg E forms. Corporate culpability! When I spoke to AOL again today they said that since my account has never been used they could only authorize a 3 month return of fees and i would have to write billing to get the rest of my money. A court last week found AOL guilty of stealing money and fraud for doing this to thousands of other people.
