Ordered furniture in September of gave first delivery as 6-12 weeks with promised updates. When updates never came, I called, only to be put on 'death-hold' or told someone would call me back. When at last contact was made they told me they needed another 12 weeks. Now they don't answer the phone and at long last their website is nothing more than a weak letter of apology, which doesn't help me. I am not wealthy and I have been ripped-off! With no furniture to show for it... I have already notified the BBB in North Carolina only to be told that it is a problems, but there is little they can do.
