I placed an order on the ipriceshop.com 11/11. Shipment was to take 10-15 days worst case. On 11/29 I started trying to contact this vendor. First I looked for a contact phone number & found it is not listed on their site. After doing extensive research on the web I found two phone numbers listed for them (the company exists under multiple names — not a good sign perhaps).
When I called the first number it had been disconnected. I called the second and was informed by a recording that I would be transferred to a 1-900 number and would be charged $9 for the privilege of asking about my order. There was nothing to identify it as being Ipriceshop.com, Ismartshoppe.com or CelebrityAppliance.com, the three names I found the company operating under.
I then sent emails to the addresses listed on the site ([email protected] and [email protected]) asking about my order. I've sent multiple emails for over 2 weeks (over 100 now) and have received absolutely NO response of any kind, nothing, nada, zip... You get the idea.
Based on my experience this merchant SUCKS. After nearly a month I have had NO RESPONSE OF ANY KIND from them. I really don't know why they bother to post a customer service email address — they obviously don't actually have a customer service dept.
