I bought something from Kim Gonzalez JYNX82977 on ebay and she never sent my item and has refused to refund me. I have approached ebay however due to the dollar amount they refuse to assist. Although I only paid $25 US it will cost me around $160 to fight and replace this. I have been in contact with other buyers of hers who have had the same problem and have also received inappropriate emails from her.
(e.G. Of what she said to others and what they told me of her..."Next time try not being such a jerk or go to the store and pay 3 times the price for your tools. And you think your going to take legal action. With the others, right? Are you going to sue me for your $30.00 item not arriving on time. What you think this is walmart, there's no customer service desk here. I said I sent the package and I did. I was returned the first time because of its weight. Please. Enjoy your battery, loser."..."She definitely has an attitude. I wish I could join and help you but as of today, I got what I paid for. I wish you luck. I hope e-bay can do something to help you. She should not be allowed to sell on e-bay. Best of luck."..."I will never deal with this witch again."..."What ever it takes. I have been strung along for tw months now. It even gave me a negative feedback after five years of perfect ebaying for giving her a neutral!!!"..."I finally received a refund after having to open a dispute with her in paypal. She left me a negative feedback when it was her that was at fault!!! She claimed she moved and her account was froze. Wasn't my problem, I still had paid her for the item and she never sent it. Oh well... She deserves anything you give her IMO."
She leaves negative feedback with false information for anyone who gets in her way. After emailing her asking for my item 4 times, I left her a negative feedback. Here is the response I got from her...
"I will never sell to Canada again. Your postal system is terrible. And will relay no information on the package i sent you weeks ago. So I am forced to endure your threats. Do what you got to do. I cant handle your constant nastiness. I will return the favor for what ever you decide to do."
I bought the item over 2 months ago... I have yet to see anything. The best part is Ebay doesn't care and there is still nothing I can do. Its not about the moeny, its about the principle. Ebay really needs to change how they handle concerns. If I decide not to pay someone I get a strike or suspension however if they decide to keep my money Im out of luck.
FOR THOSE OF YOU LOOKING AT BUYING OR SELLING ON EBAY. Buyer beware. NOT ONLY IS IT NOT SAFE BUT YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS!!! AND IT WILL COST YOU ALL YOU HAVE (I assume we are not all rich like those that profit off the loss of others).
