I recently attempted to order a Lap top from pcdirectbiz. This was on 9-25. The order went through without any glitches. I ordered my laptop and paid the required $99.00 down. I was told to expect my computer within 3-5 weeks. After waiting over 5 weeks I called to get the status of my account.
I was treated rudely, but as I wanted the computer I let it slide. I called again 1 week later. I finaly got through, as there phones are always busy and recieved the worst treatment I have ever recieved, when purchasing an item!
The rude "customer Service" person was unhelpfull and could not tell me why it was taking so long. I pressed for more information and was told "thats it I am canceling your order!" Wow! I paid for this treatement!!!
I called back and was told that my refund would be sent out within 2-3 weeks, as they were not able to fill all the orders. This was on 10-24. I have not recieved anything!
I was prepared to take my lumps when the unexpected happened. They tried to charge me another $99.00!! Unbeleviable! Not only are they deceptive but in attempting to re proceess a prior authorization they committed fraud!
My Credit union is now pursuing this matter. I still have not talked to a person since 10-24. The phone is allways busy! I believe they use caller id. Dont use them! I will get my money back and my Credit union is ready for them to attempt to charge me again, using the same original authorization.
I am beyond upset but there is a light to this tunnel. My ex - spouse is a National speaker: and he will shed the light on there deceptive practices. Please let people know that if you are over extended on credit or have glitches this is not the answer. I dont think anyone gets a computer.
