I had a bad experience with LordJohns Footwear or MyShoeStore.com. I ordered a pair of shoes from them. They did not notify by email they did not have the product.
I waited a few weeks thinking maybe there was a backlog or something. I emailed them only to get a email saying your order was cancelled because the product was not in the store or warehouse. They took my money.
They did not offer an refund as you are supposed to do and when I called many times, no one answered the phone, and when they did, they hung up after saying hello. The telephone connection was poor too.
I then demanded a refund or a store credit. Nothing. They charge you before they send the product. They stole the money. That is theft.
They then had the nerve to send an email asking me to come back and give them a chance. This company is not legit, it is a fraud, and they should be prosecuted for by all the laws that apply.
I want money back, and someone needs to serve some prison time. Fraud is fraud and theft is theft. No good will come to them for being people of dishonesty.
