Saturday, October 7 a lady called me and she told me that I was randomly selected by the government for large amounts of money $25,000, $50,000, or even a $1,000, 000.000 and then asks me how much did I want? Was I a business owner and if I didn't make up my mind she was going to go the next person.
She gave me the name of the program with her fake name and phone number to customer service and the location of this company was in Las Vegas, NV.
She said the CD would arrive in my mail box in 24 hours and had given an email confirmation number, it never arrived in my email box.
I looked for this Cd in the mail and I never received it.
I tried then to call her with the number she provided me no answer.
The lady said, "I could deposit a check for the amount I asked for in my account." I asked the lady how long would it take to clear the bank, "She then said 3 days."
Then she calls back asking for my social security number for her reocrds and I asked her why did she need my social security number. I gave this lady my social security number.
A charge for $3.97 on 10/23/06 plus $29.95 was charged to my Visa card.
This lady took off with my information and ran with it. I contacted the owner by email 10/22/06 no word from him either, and I made a phone call to him, no return call. I wrote an email to the company 10/22 ask for my membership kit, no word from them either.
I came across Usa Consumer Complaints.com and looked for the company number and called it and was then suppose to received another email confirmation, never received it. So now I have a charge on my Visa card for the purchase I never received. I want all my money refunded back to my account.
I called tonight 11/08/06 and the lady said she could refund my $29.95 back and gave me this confirmation number LM840014 and would take 3-5 business days to refund back to my account. But she couldn't refund the $3.95...
