Ive been online searching for cosmetique.com complaints and found tons of them. Ive been through the same process as the other consumers that have a complaint, first the 4.95 charge then the 1.00 charge then the 24.90 charge. Sounds like their screwin everyone over. After the first 24.90 charge I called them and told them to remove my name from any "account" they have, and return my money, not only did they not return my money they have charged me 24.90 again this month. Ive never recieved anything from them dont no how they got my name or anything. Id like to see someone shut them down until then I guess I close my credit card account.
