I received a pretty pink box with a label that says it came from Cosmetique. I never order cosmetics so I thought maybe it was a sample that they wanted me to try. I didn't open the box but carefully took out the paperwork. Was I surprised to see it's an invoice asking me to pay $9.95. I don't even know what's in the box and I have no intention of opening it. I've tried emailing them but [email protected] is not a valid email address. I saw that someone else had an 800 # for them but I called it and it's not in service. Has anyone been successful in contacting them and getting their account closed? It just isn't right that the person being ripped off has to go to all this trouble to preserve their credit.
