Cosmetique ripped me off. I did read the terms and agreements clearly. So, don't tell me I did. I actually had 2 other people look it over. I saw an add on t.V. When I lived in AZ and went online to order a cosmetique kit free (when I paid the $4.95 s/h). I did this and read that if I liked the free kit I would get more kits each month. They did not make this very clear, but it was there. This happened on Dec. 11th. Then on Dec. 12th I sent an email telling cosmetique I was moving to IL and could they please expidite my order. So I had it. I never heard from them. I tried again. Never heard from them Then I am checking my bank statement and I see a $34.00 chearge from cosmetique. I call them and ask what this charge was. I explained I never saw the first kit or the one they just charged to me. They said they will send the kits out again. If I wanted to return the kit I was charged for I could. Still 2 weeks later no kits. I then receive a letter saying a kit has been delievered and you did not accept it. Do you still want cosmetique kits. I do not want this. This is a big mess. I also cancelled when I called and it stills says I am active. Tell me how that is not a scam. Becasue like one of you said. People don't read the terms. I read them and never received them. If a lawyer wants to take my case or you have a rebuttal. I here to fight. I should just drive to cosmetique and demand my makeup. The sad part was I wanted the cosmetics. They just kept charging and not sending.
