I almost placed an order with them—then just happened to check on here. I decided to pass & place an order elsewhere, and I emailed them just to let them know because they seem like such a$h0! *$. How else would they learn, right?

I ALMOST placed a large order, but thank goodness I read complaint! Why so afraid to have a phone number? ("Resources" my a$!) Why no response to numerous customer emails? Either way, I am SO happy to have avoided an unpleasant shopping experience. Just wanted you to know! -Jackie
RESPONSE (like 5 minutes later): Thanks so much for your opinion. My over 10,000 repeat customers i'm sure would disagree ;)
