At the end of April, I placed an order for a lingerie set through Doxy for my anniversary on May 14th. My credit card was charged on May 2nd. It is now May 31st, and I still have not seen the outfit.
Doxy has many different email sites. On May 10th, i emailed the orders department, with no response from them. On May 11th, I emailed the sales dept, as well as Jennifer. Once again, my emails have gone unanswered. On May 26th, I sent an email to the sales dept, again, with no answer. My final email was sent on May 30th. I have given them both of my email addresses as well as a work number, and cell phone number to contact me. NOTHING!
I am in the business of customer service, and it is my job to be polite to other people. However, at this point, I can no longer hold true to that statement. All I have asked for is weather or not they have shipped it, and if not, when it will be shipped.
I've had enough. Granted, the purchase was only for about $25, but that is no longer the point. After 5 emails, and absolutely no response from any of their departments, it is time to take action.
Unfortunately, I found this web site after I had placed my order. Had I known about all of the rip offs previous to my experience, I most certainly would not have ordered from such a company.
