I bought a V2 Premiere computer from Shop NBC and the customer service was advertised as being the best in the business. They are liars. I have been waiting to get my computer fixed since may and it still isn't fixed. The hard drive has been replaced with an older model from 2004 and i knew that because it had Tax act 2004 on it. I then have problems with it shutting off on me in the middle of working. The free camera that came with it is junk as well. It quit working. Basically Viscom told me too bad about my luck that it was my responsibility to find a computer shop and get it fixed since it has been since May. Well what they fail to remember is that I have been waiting on shipping labels since May that no one seems to be able to get to me. This company sucks.
