Karen Waring (Owner of IMS Incorporated) a merchant services company, located in Reading, PA hired me to design/host her website, what used to be www.IMSReading.com. I designed and hosted, and she paid. Seemed like a decent woman. Was much overdue on her hosting fees, didnt pay for over 1 year, after several attempt to contact she did pay almost full balance. Again, over 1 year has past and NO payment after over 30 emails, letters, etc. She promised to pay but never did. Enough is enough! I shut down the website and will NEVER to business with Karen Waring again, and I would not recommend that you do either! She still owes me over $400.00.
