Karen DiValerio on behalf of her company, Integrity Financial Team contracted to obtain commercial title work for a property located in Flushing NY. After two years I have been unable to collect for services rendered. Upon examination of the Mortgage broker licensing it was revealed that Karen is not licensed in NY. Furthermore it appears she has left a string of unpaid debt from Florida, to Arizona and Colorado.
Karen claims she is taking out loans to pay debt and make good on the fees incurred for the services rendered but in two years she has never made good on her promises.
Karen claims she has attorney representation and has been contacted by the FBI however she has never provided the contact information for the same.
Karen's bills are outstanding in excess of $3,600.00.
