I found a 2.99 over for a grant search CD on-line. I used my ccard to order it from Grant Writer, or perhaps Grant Search. The CD was useless, containing information that I could not understand. I tossed it after one use. Unfortunately, I have not been checking my statements from the bank thoroughly. Today, I found 3 separate charges that I didn't recognize. 7.95 from Businessfundingsource... 9.95 from Networkagenda.com and 39.95 from Ine*Grantsearch. I called the 800# listed for Grantsearch as noted on the withdrawl. It is 800-479-0979 and spoke to a customer service rep. He was difficult to understand, as he had a thick middle-eastern accent. He offered me a l month refund and to cancel my subscription. I disagreed and he put me on hold for a supervisor. He came back to say all supers were busy and that one would call me back. I said no, that I would hold. After some time, Richard Lopez, a super, and I argued. I threatened to write a letter to every attorney general of every state, form a class-action suite and to jump on a plane and beat his door down. I ended up agreeing upon a 5 month refund of charges. My account has been charged for 8. Feeling that I should have been keeping an eye on it, I felt partly responsible. After that, I did a search for 2.99 grant CDs and came up with your site. Now, I feel that because so many others have fallen for the same scheme, I would like to pursue a full refund. What do you suggest?
