I ordered a free Grant Writer CD and paid $3.97. Never received the cd... But did get billed to my credit card $5.99 and $29.95. This is in dispute with my credit card company.
Contacted Raven Media, publishers of the Grant Writer Pro. They refused to remove charges even after speaking with the supervisor. Ryan Riddle is the manager. His cell #435-773-1795 was found on your site. It was posted by another person who was also ripped off.
